We are extremely pleased to report that our gender pay gap is 0.73% which has remained similar to the previous year. These figures are significantly below the UK median pay gap and demonstrate that pay for both men and women are similar.
Regardless of gender, all of our hourly paid employees are paid the same hourly rate of pay for the same role (subject to London Living Allowance).
I confirm that the information we have supplied has been calculated according to the requirements of the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017.
